CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats) gene editing is a form of genetic engineering in biology.
In this book I draw on diagrams of how CRISPR gene editing works and splice them together with ampersands and other schematics of plant inflorescences.
What emerges is a
type of memetically re-engineered diagram, which I go on to use in the Synthetic Boteh series.
